THE LAW OFFICES OF

DONNY Knepper

You have a lot of options when you are in need of a lawyer. Undoubtedly you have seen a lot of advertisements in your mail and via all types of media. I know that it seems overwhelming and that you are not sure which way to turn. What you really need is a lawyer who will work for you. Cases are won or lost by the work that a lawyer puts in before the trial.

An organization called Super Lawyers has declared me a “rising star” among Maryland lawyers.

I am a former Marine who works hard to achieve the best result for each of my clients. I serve subpoenas for video footage, locate and contact witnesses, visit the scene, and do whatever else your specific case requires in order to win. There is no such thing as a small case, every case is important to me.

  • I have been practicing law for more than eleven years and I am respected by my peers.
  • I have been a guest speaker at the MCDAA’s Advanced DUI Defense Seminar.
  • I am a lawyer who is always developing new ways to defend you.
  • I am on the cutting edge.

We Provide:

DOMESTIC LITIGATION

I represent clients in all facets of domestic litigation, including: divorce, child custody, visitation, support, and division of assets. Sometimes it feels like I have seen it all, but each new case presents unique challenges. I take a businesslike approach to the tasks at hand and invest my enthusiasm into the spirit of the case.

TRAFFIC: DUI’S

I specialize in representing clients that are facing DUI charges. I have become one of the attorneys to go see if you have been charged with a DUI – Montgomery County’s go-to DUI Attorney. I will be your advocate when you need strong counsel and a stabilizing voice on your side. I have handled hundreds of traffic cases and, although it does not guarantee a specific result in any future case, I have recently achieved the following success:
